the reason why you can not download them, is because the makers of your web browser have decided that you should not be able to download files via HTTP anymore - this "feature" (some would call: an "anti-feature") can be reverted in mozilla-based browsers in the about:config GUI, by setting 'dom.block_download_insecure' to 'False'

JP never licensed those demos; so they can not be moved to any other server - perhaps sourceforge would allow to setup an SSL cert though
The links for the demo and tutorial videos on the Wiki Home page go to non-existent files on sourceforge Perhaps the videos could be uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo and the links on the wiki updated?
