If the timerExpire trigger EventSend() fails, an error occurs and processing continues.
If the timerExpire trigger EventSend() fails, it is processed after the next cycle.

This issue is fixed by https://github.com/free5gc/upf/pull/42 and merged. Please get the latest upf and try it. This PR will be closed. Thanks.
