Fix improper handling of PfcpXact during UPF PFCP message processing. #41

If an error occurs during PFCP message processing, fix where PfcpXact needs to be released.
Remove the ListHeadInit operation because it has already been initialized with the PfcpAddNode.

Let me answer you instead of @matsumu-y . We found this issue while reading the code, but we did not produce it actually. So we're sorry but we have no idea how to produce it.
