chore: adding 1st JS only workshop

Summary

This workshop will be JavaScript only and teach the following:

• let
• const
• assignment
• reassignment
• basic string usage
• console.log
• camelCase

These project was designed to only teach a handful of new concepts and be a shorter project. In the current JS beta curriculum, campers have serious holes in their fundamentals. So the fix will be to have many more shorter workshops and labs, especially in the beginning, so they can grasp the fundamentals better
