[General] - move this project developer setup to use vite server

What general issue would you like to create?

currently this project uses CRA developer setup (which is deprecated by meta team) vite is more modern recommended tool for react projects

Thank you for opening up this issue. This is a small enough project that the migration shouldn't pose to much of a challenge. If you are interesting in working on this issue, then reply back and it can be assigned to you. Otherwise, we will just open it up for general contribution
