Hi @utsab and @GuillermoFloresV could either of you provide some more insight on the failing test? I'm assuming it's because it was written for the previously incorrect behavior. See here.

Hi @utsab closing this PR due to odd behavior in sessions (I needed to created a new fork to revive my session) please see PR #402 for applied changes.
