Enabled docsets are not exported with settings

I have found some discussions that suggest enabled docsets should be included when exporting settings. However, this is not happening for me.

OS information

MacOS Sonoma 14.7 Chrome

Steps to reproduce

1. Open devdocs.io
2. Go to the preferences screen
3. Click on the export button
4. Open the devdocs.json (attached below) file and inspect.
5. Settings are included in the json file, but none of the enabled docsets are.

Can anyone can advise whether I understand the functionality and whether it is a bug?

My apologies, for a test I went in and enabled another docset and checked again and this time it worked. Maybe I deleted cookies at some point and had to do this to get these settings back.
