Customize badges #8

These badges can have more camp-themed names, e.g. "Basic User" -> "Basic Camper"

The "Camper" badge only says "a regular user" (with no capitalization or punctuation). It does not define "regular" nor describe how the badge is obtained.

The "Certified" badge says, "Completed our new user tutorial" but doesn't have a link to said tutorial and I can't find it in the search.

The "Promoter" badge says,

"This badge is granted when you invite someone to join the community via the invite button on your user page, or at the bottom of a topic. Inviting friends who might be interested in specific discussions is an great way to introduce new people to our community, so thanks! "

But I can't find an INVITE button on my user page.
