Describe the Issue

On forum search result page, dropdown items are not readable if they are selected or hovered.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to the page and click on a dropdown menu
  2. Check how the items are displayed

The issue is reproducible on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

I don't think this issue can be open to contributors as testing forum changes involves different setup and workflow?

FYI, this is a failure of WCAG 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum).
