Translating README to Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian #651

I would like to translate the README into these 3 languages as they are same and I am a native speaker.

@kenanajkunic thanks for making this suggestion! If you want to translate them, please use one of these for the file you create to be consistent with the other language-named files.

Serbian = README-SR.md
Croatian = README-HR.md
Bosnian = README-BS.md
