This pull request aims to improve the clarity of the information provided in the 'Contributing to Open Source in general' section of the README.md file.
While reviewing the file, I noticed that the description for the 'Code Triage' resource seemed to reference a previous tool, which no longer exists in the list. The description, "another, really nice, tool for finding popular repositories and issues filtered by language", seemed out of place as there was no prior tool mentioned that performs this function.
The confusion arose due to a change in the resources list where the predecessor tool to 'Code Triage' was removed but the reference was not updated.
To correct this, I've updated the description for 'Code Triage' from "another, really nice, tool for finding popular repositories and issues filtered by language" to "A tool for finding popular repositories and issues filtered by language". This makes the reference more standalone and accurately describes the functionality of 'Code Triage'.
