Enhancing README-AR.md for Arabic Language Standards and Translation

I propose updating the README-AR file to adhere to Arabic language standards. This includes ensuring that the text is written from right to left (RTL) and translating any English content into Arabic to make it more natural for Arabic readers.

The changes would enhance the overall readability and user experience for Arabic readers, aligning with best practices for Arabic language documentation.
