Time:

January instead of December
- GWC will be over by then
- exams and holidays will be over

Comms:

try to get sponsors (silicon village) more involved.
- get comms up
- tell daphne what we want from sponsors
public radio?
social media
flyers to UOG were successful last time
get GCC more involved

Action Items:

date and time (consecutive days? weekends?)
curriculum
comms
Flyers + TVC (Chovin - send them theses)
- give input
- send pictures to marketing for possible use in flyers / TVC

Marketing:

I have taken a bunch more pictures and uploaded them in our shared drive.
I also have invited STEM/STEAM related clubs from other schools to our FCCG Meetups and see if we could get them to participate.

Be careful on when you invite them. With our 2 events coming up would we be able to help them have a smooth start?

Inviting them is just so that they could get a feel with how FreeCodeCamp works and then we can have them do some Advertising about our events in their schools.

ah shoot I misunderstood pretty much every word you just said. I thought you mean inviting them to be their own FCC campsites. (don't check issues when you just wake up) Ignore my previous reply. That's a great idea :+1:

Of course we'll have them see if they could have FCCG in their schools too. The people I invited were from Okkodo's Pre-Engineering Club and we were already considering Okkodo to be next after we smooth out JFK's FCCG.
