Wiki?

shall we put stuff on the wiki for FCCG-Cogs? about contributing and Red conventions and Docs for individual cogs if needed?

If the Repo structure is going to be master --> Red Cog repo structure github-cog --> individual cog workspaces gsheets-cog --> ..

it might be not too obvious is we also have a Docs branch where we put contrib specs. It may get lost in the sea of unfinished individual cogs.
