Alpha release of Jamcord #42

Still lots to do. I'll open up a project with the todo list I guess.

In the alpha, users will need to:

install interpreters + troop + supercollider
redirect their audio output to input (or discord)
start supercollider before they start a session

Large items on the TODO list:

[ ] Send audio from the bot
[ ] Install environment for user (or not 👀)
[ ] Start environment for them each session
[ ] Drop Troop and use own cli communicator. subclass for various envs.
[ ] Visuals 😉
