Leaderboard - we'll need to rewrite the backend

currently: frontend hosted on heroku making calls to api on ...guam.org api pulls from github / fcc / gitter

we'll need to rewrite/rethink how to define who is on the leaderboard.

• we don't use gitter anymore
• not everybody uses Discord
• not everybody on FB is "in" the group

Force users to sign into our website with github, or create a form that allows users to sign up with their github usernames to be on the leaderboard.
