Create testcompile.yml
Use raphael's IRremote repo, current version of IRremote from Arduino librairies doesn't work with aurora
Ignore some compilation warnings about unused values that are treated as errors (those have to be fixed in IRremote code)

@dspverden I updated this PR, merged develop, upgraded versions in github actions workflow.

It now uploads artifact (just aurora.ino.bin for now). From here we could prolly build an archive as you do for releases, but I'm not sure which files to include, and from where.
