Error of verification code

Description: I am having trouble receiving a verification code when trying to create a new account.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the account creation page.
2. Enter my email address.
3. Request a verification code.
4. Check my email (and spam/junk folders) but do not receive the code.

Expected Result: I should receive a verification code in my email or SMS to complete the account creation process.

Actual Result: No verification code is received.

Additional Information:

• I have verified that my email address is correct.
• I have tried resending the code multiple times.
• I have checked my spam/junk folder.
• My internet connection is stable.

Please advise on how to resolve this issue or provide an alternative method to verify my account.
