Update README.md #71

Fixed link to install file. Removed yum install instruction because doesn't work on fedora 40.

I would like to create a list of required dependencies to help with building atf on Ubuntu. Can someone provide list of these dependencies as a starting point. I've also tried contacting contributor of the project by the mailing list is closed and nobody has responded to my request to be added.
