Check for all u-boot boards if boot.scr is copied to fat partition

The u-boot port were unified to be based on the u-boot-master port, this meant the boot.scr, that made u-boot load the ublr (loader), had to be made external to the u-boot image. Fix for Banana-Pi: #280
