Do not delete distfiles by default. #47

Fixes #5.

I still need to test this in the various scenarios, which will take time because reinstalling a port does not seem to prompt to delete its distfiles.

Yes, I have been running this change for over a year without any issues.

This change affects users that do not use the -d option, and needs to be mentioned in a port update. And since it adds an option and changes the behavior of an existing option, the man page needs to be updated in addition to the usage information (I can do that in a follow-up commit, but I'd appreciate a pull request for the man page ...)
