Update IRC Channel Link (libera chat) #71

I've registered the #portmaster channel on the Libera Chat network (under the freebsd GC contact)

Update the IRC link here accordingly.

@stesser I can add you as a channel manager at your convenience.

Just wanted to make sure the channel was registered on your behalf. I'm happy to idle there until others join

Thanks, but I'm unlikely to ever be online in IRC (but have connected yesterday to test whether I could access this channel). I had set up one of the first IRC servers in Germany in the early 90s, but have soon noticed that being connected distracts me too much to be acceptable.

I'll update the portmaster port today to include the new link (and a few other changes that had been requested on Github), but I'll not be available on the #portmaster channel, just cannot afford it ...
