Cowardly refusing to fix the broken CI. This partially reverts commit 9177d96256ae64ceb20a8f0090c859b55805c1aa.

Let me know if you prefer to do a full revert+commit.

I don't undertsand when I run the testsuite I don't see any extra failures after the 9177d96 .
