Second irrigation (farmland) does not appears in menu #156
I have the refrigeration technology, but the menu doesn't show me the option to irrigate a second time the land to create farmland.
If I press the shortcut "i" after I have selected a worker on an already irrigated land, he begin the second irrigation.
So it seems that the option is implemented, it just doesn't show up.
