Changes:

Modified the Install into a Quick Start
Added a long set of instructions on how to go from the binary to files everywhere and freedit running as a service.
Added a quick section about administration

WIP for now as there is some contentious stuff:

For the snapshots
For for static folders
Maybe one can use environment variables as configuration too (I'm not versed in Rust so I'm not sure if it is an option)

Thanks for your contributions. There seems to be typos. And I prefer to place everything in /opt directory to make it easier to manage.
