In which we add a user's created quests page and travis deployment to heroku

• add a backend endpoint for returning information about the currently logged-in user and a frontend library for consuming that endpoint
• add an angular $resource for dealing with many-to-one resources
• add a page displaying quests created by the user and make it the home page
• add travis config for deploying to heroku
