create a distirbution folder for npm published output #31

At the moment, the built npm module's build folder contains lots of different things, only some needed for actual use.

It would be helpful to have a distribution folder that contains only the needed files (e.g. not the demo) so that copying in the files into another project is easier and and leave less dead files lying around.
