Fix #41

Will leave this open a bit in case anyone wants to look, the commit that actually fixed things is: https://github.com/freedomjs/freedom-pgp-e2e/commit/9126dcf262784180162441cda2bdbe5b9fbda56f

And adding those lines to other repos karma.conf.js may help if tests are spotty/failing to "disconnected" issues.
