Please add tags for Github and NPM #10

I searching for all NATPMP/PCP implementations and it's quite hard to find them. Could you please add nat-pmp, nat-traversal and pcp tags in the Github and NPM? Also please add "Port Control Protocol" into readme because it's hard to find by just "PCP".
