Fix tests

Assorted tests are failing, likely due to staleness/shifting dependencies. Things that should help:

• Upgrade dependencies
• Stop running on the now-ancient node 0.10
• Pray to the gods of the JavaScript ecosystem

Integration tests aren't running at all: Uncaught Error: describe does not expect a done parameter

This happens even without us bumping any dependencies, so something shifted with the magic of semantic versioning.
