Replace ring dependency #300

Replaced ring dependency (used for crypto) with the following smaller crates, as suggested by @pzmarzly:

x25519-dalek = "0.6.0"
ed25519-dalek = "1.0.0-pre.3"
sha2 = "0.9.0"
hkdf = "0.9.0-alpha.0"
chacha20poly1305 = "0.5.1"
rand = "0.7.3"
rand_core = "0.5.1"

This PR solves issues https://github.com/freedomlayer/offset/issues/64 and https://github.com/freedomlayer/offset/issues/167
