Update manual build process docs #102

The manual build guide should be tested again with a full manual workflow. When FPF builds a new kernel for SD, the Ansible logic is used. Pending resolution of #101, the manual build docs should be fully up to date, and allow someone with both the kernel sources and the patch to reproduce the binary linux-image deb package.

Going to prepare a PR with explicit steps for what to do with a linux-source-*.deb package. Will ping @dachary for review once the new content is available, so we can run through it and confirm it's easy to use.

Blocked by #103 and #104, need those resolved in order to confirm the manual workflow.
