In #107 we ensured that the documentation for rebuilding SecureDrop kernels from the source packages was accurate, and usable by community members. Since the release of SecureDrop 0.6, the project moved to 4.x kernels, for which the rebuild story is different. (Fortunately, it's a bit simpler now!)
We should preserve the 3.x docs for record, but add 4.x-specific docs so that community members requesting the original source can following steps to rebuild a given image on demand.
