Updates rebuild docs for 4.x SD kernel #113

Adds a brief section on how to rebuild the SecureDrop kernels under the new 4.x strategy. Leaning heavily on upstream logic maintained in the grsecurity-build repository.

Broke out the old 3.x docs into a separate section, but preserved them for posterity.

Closes #112.
