Fixes "stable2" patch type in grsecurity_urls module #67

Changes introduced in #66 resolved mishandling of the "stable" patch type, but incompletely implemented support for the "stable2" patch type. The build role now supports all three grsecurity patch types:

The default remains "test", with the other two requiring authentication for downloading.

Rebuilt using this on a test branch, worked as expected. Merging.
