This various minor things chief among them the following:

makes scenario 8 (right-click) also apply to Qubes
reorders the instructions to make the pre-release be at the top of the file
adds checklists to various parts of the process to ensure we tick them on the QA issue

Fixes #654. The only thing I didn't do was improving the brew cask PR generation part.
