i18n support #665

Even dangerzone has few strings and is easy to use.

Still supports multiple languages, i18n will be great for people who don't speak English.

Translated documentation will also be great.

I'd like to provide some translations as well.

Nice! Thanks for volunteering! I totally agree and this is something we should pursue as we approach a more mature 1.0.0 Dangerzone version. I have suggested that as a requirement for 1.0.0.

Actually, I see that we already had someone else volunteering translations in https://github.com/freedomofpress/dangerzone/issues/132. @OctopusET If you don't mind, I'll quote your comment there and close this issue, if you don't mind.

bummer! I only searched with "multi language", "translation". I forgot to search with i18n, it must be much common. Sure I don't mind.

No worries! Happens to all of us. And we also have a localization tag to keep track of these.
