Signal is now for Android #209

This updates the guide to reflect that TextSecure and RedPhone have now been deprecated in favor of Signal on Android.

Check the links again-- the Android link also goes to iTunes. Also, "Signal" links to iTunes as well, which I think is superfluous, given that you have the appropriate per-device links in the same sentence.
