Rip out the whole section and replace with a link to Schneier's Choosing Secure Passwords

We've updated the advice on secure passwords in the latest "EW 2.0" draft here. However, I'm going to leave this open for now because I'm not totally satisfied with that section yet and also think that the Schneier blog post is excellent, so we should consider incorporating advice from it and/or linking to it.
