Re-consider import syntax to allow both running files directly and working with fingerprint-securedrop as a package #86

It would be nice to make sure that if someone wants to use our tools as a package they can do so with expected results, while at the same time one should be able to work with our repo. Pep 328 has some info on how we might achieve this.
