Description

Adds certifi 2022.12.07 for use in the SecureDrop Client. Diff review: https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop-builder/wiki/certifi-2021.5.30-to-2022.12.07 Unblocks https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop-client/pull/1609
