In advance of general availability, we'll need to discuss with Localization Lab:

how to promote securedrop-client to parity with securedrop for translation and review; and
priorities and/or a timeline for the languages we'll support in v1.0.

As of #1955, Icelandic, Polish, Russian, and traditional Chinese are all viable candidates for language support. My inclination is not to prioritize these for v0.10.2 (#2049) but still coordinate v1.0.0 language support with Localization Lab. Let's confirm this next week.
