Complete Q animation

Problem

Some parts of the UI will benefit from having some kind of a "loading" animation. Standard spinners were explored, but are feared will appear broken when flashed in a static state, with situations where a Client/Qubes task may take 2 seconds, or could take 20 seconds.

Solution

Craft an animation of the 3-color cubed "Qubes" icon, that looks un-broken when static, but clearly animates and suggests a background task dependency, when animated.

Nope! We created a far groovier q-bert inspired animation, instead, for Safe Delete. :) All other animations will be a simple circle-spinner, or a horizontal progress bar.
