We have an article titled "Limitations and known issues," which is currently at the bottom of the Admin Guide. That said, it contains a lot of general-purpose information that would be useful for everyone to know, journalists included.
We should make this information more prominent, to help improve journalists (and others) understanding of the system, especially in regards to what they will experience with the Tor connection.
