Remove --uninstall from documentation

Currently --uninstall mostly works, but is largely a developer tool and not supported for end users. So we shouldn't be mentioning it in documentation, like https://workstation.securedrop.org/en/latest/admin/install/troubleshoot.html#uninstalling-securedrop-workstation
