At the risk of reopening the can of worms that is #4700, we've received a suggestion to clarify "SecureDrop the project" versus "SecureDrop this instance" in our current footer copy:
SecureDrop is a project of Freedom of the Press Foundation.
The footer is to explain the developers/project managers of the tool, but might by sources be understood as the organization running the SecureDrop instance. Could it be discussed if this phrase should be rephrased. Suggestion to combine both owner of instance and development authors: SecureDrop is a tool and system developed by Freedom of the Press Foundation. This instance of the system is run by {instanceownerorg}.
User Stories
As a (prospective) source, I don't want to be confused by the relationships among SecureDrop, the Freedom of the Press Foundation, and the organization I'm trying to contact.
As a SecureDrop translator, I want to be able to render these relationships clearly in other languages.
