I'd like to add these major national news and media websites.

Hello, @ORARiccardo! Apologies for the delay. We're going to hold off on large additions until we have region-based support for the website (see https://github.com/freedomofpress/securethenews/issues/91 for details). Once that feature lands, happy to revisit these suggestions.
