Note that this is the first of many PRs that will be incoming that include security/feature tweaks for Kubernetes deployments. They target a K8S_FeatureBranch. I'm trying to iterate really fast and expect to break a ton. I'm asking to disregard requirements of CI passing here for review merge. In return, before final merge into master I commit to getting CI back to a state of passing including more relevant tests and checks.

Automatically pushes the Prod docker image to our remote container repository. Notice that this will not work on PRs from forks. In that scenario we'd likely have to shepherd that PR into a new feature branch and then have CI run against that.
