Remove Google Plus, fix Twitter share links #210

Both Facebook and Twitter share endpoints expect that URLs are URL-encoded; Facebook gracefully redirects, while Twitter ignores URLs that are not URL-encoded.

I think the codes in the scss files for gplus can also be removed while we are removing it from html.
