Adds total site count in homepage and leaderboards #293

I took the liberty in deciding where and how to show the count. Do let me know if anyone has any strong feelings about the language or placement of the count.

The count appears in homepage, the entire sites list and regional leaderboards. Also the count in sites and leaderboards is updated real time on searching.

I think the code on this PR looks good. Though I think others such as @redshiftzero or @harrislapiroff ought to comment on the design. I've added some screenshots to make this slightly easier

I dig it! I was debating a bit if the total number of sites should be elevated to a stat-block, buuut since we have plenty of space and it is a useful number to show, my vote it to leave it in there (we can always remove it in favor of something else in the future). Thanks @SaptakS and @chigby 🚀
